Winslow, Camden County
Winslow Township is the largest municipality in Camden County, about 58 square miles reaching from Berlin, Pine Hill, Gloucester Township, Chesilhurst, and Waterford south to Hammonton and Folsom in Atlantic County and Monroe and Washington townships in Gloucester County. It was formed in 1845 and named for the son of the owner of the Winslow Glass Works. It includes Sicklerville, Blue Anchor, Cedar Brook, Tansboro, Ancora, and other communities, and the Atlantic City Expressway crosses it with four interchanges.
About 80 percent of Winslow lies within the Pinelands National Reserve, which restricts development, and farms remain in parts of the township. Land-use limits can make buyers cautious about expanding a house or splitting a lot, and rural homes may have wells and septic systems. We buy Pinelands-area homes and land as-is for cash.
Winslow's population roughly doubled in the 1970s after the Atlantic City Expressway interchange opened in 1965 and Levitt & Sons began building. Developments in Winslow Crossing in Sicklerville include Primrose Gate, Manor Hall, Victoria Manor, Eden Hollow, Lehigh Manor, Arbor Meadows, and Ivy Meadows. Homes from that era often need roofs, windows, and systems; we buy them without repairs.
The Atlantic City Expressway has interchanges at Exits 41, 38, 33, and 31 in Winslow, and U.S. 30, Route 73, and Route 143 also cross the township. Homes along these corridors and near Ancora Psychiatric Hospital, opened in 1955, see more traffic than quiet streets. We buy houses throughout the township and close on your timeline.

Questions from Winslow sellers
Most of Winslow is in the Pinelands National Reserve, and the rules mainly affect new building and subdivision. We buy homes and land as they are today, so you do not need any Pinelands approvals to sell to us.
Yes. We buy houses in Sicklerville's 1970s developments and the rest of Winslow as-is, including homes that need major updates or are part of an estate.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
