Harrison, Gloucester County
Harrison Township is centered on Mullica Hill, a historic village on Raccoon Creek, and is served by Routes 45, 55, 77, and 322 in central Gloucester County. It borders Glassboro and East Greenwich, Elk, Mantua, South Harrison, and Woolwich townships. The township was formed in 1844 as Spicer Township and renamed for President William Henry Harrison. Its population grew by more than 40 percent between 2000 and 2010, so housing ranges from homes in the historic village to newer subdivisions, with farms in between.
The Mullica Hill Historic District covers 68 acres along Main, Church, High, Mill, and nearby streets and was listed on the National Register in 1991 with 136 contributing buildings. Older homes in the district can need specialized repairs that inspections flag. We buy historic Mullica Hill houses as they are, without a punch list.
On September 1, 2021, an EF3 tornado from the remnants of Ida destroyed multiple homes and farms in Mullica Hill, and about 40 families were displaced. Some properties still have unresolved repairs or insurance questions. We buy damaged or partly rebuilt Harrison homes in their current state.
Harrison grew from about 8,800 residents in 2000 to about 13,600 in 2020, and housing units in Mullica Hill more than doubled over that span. Many newer homes sit in subdivisions with associations. If you need to sell on a deadline, we buy for cash and close on your timeline.

In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
