Greenwich, Warren County
Greenwich Township sits in southwestern Warren County, bordered by Franklin, Lopatcong, and Pohatcong townships and the Hunterdon County borough of Bloomsbury. Interstate 78 runs through its center, U.S. 22 follows the western border, and Route 57 crosses the north, with Route 173 beginning at the I-78/U.S. 22 junction. About 5,500 people lived there in 2020, in the Greenwich census area, Stewartsville, Upper Stewartsville, and smaller places like Coopersville, Kennedy Mills, Port Warren, and Still Valley. The township covers about 10.6 square miles.
Greenwich grew by about 31 percent between 2000 and 2010, from roughly 4,400 to 5,700 residents, before easing slightly by 2020. That leaves the township with a mix of older homes and houses from the growth years, each with its own wear. Whatever the age or condition, we buy Greenwich homes as-is for cash, with no repairs or showings.
Stewartsville, with its own 08886 ZIP code and about 650 residents in 2020, sits alongside the separate Upper Stewartsville census area. An older house in either can turn up inspection items that slow down or derail a mortgage buyer. We buy Stewartsville homes in their current condition, so there are no repair credits to negotiate after an inspection.
Greenwich appears in official records as early as 1738 and was incorporated in 1798; over the next century it gave up land to form Franklin, Harmony, Phillipsburg, and Pohatcong. The Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church is part of that history. Older properties here, including farmhouses and long-held family homes, are exactly the kind we buy as they are.

Questions from Greenwich sellers
We price based on the house, the lot, and recent sales nearby. Highway noise is one factor, but it does not stop us from buying.
Often yes. We can sign a contract with the executor or heirs and close once they have authority to sell, and we handle the clean-out.
In New Jersey, an inherited house is sold through the estate, so the executor or court-appointed administrator signs the sale. We talk with each heir separately and privately, so no one has to negotiate as a group, and we'll walk you through getting an administrator appointed if that hasn't happened yet.
Thirty days is typical, and clean files can move faster. If you need more time, we'll write the date you want into the contract.
Yes. We're a New Jersey company based in Toms River, and we buy in all 21 counties, including Warren County. We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating, listed under our affiliate Gembrook Properties.
