Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the property address, your name, phone number, and email address, and anything else you choose to tell us when we talk.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and form providers receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use your information
- To research the property and prepare a cash offer.
- To contact you about the property by phone, text message, and email.
- To schedule a walkthrough, prepare a contract, and complete a purchase if you decide to sell.
- To keep records required by law and to protect our rights.
Text messages and calls

Every call and text comes from a real person on our team. We do not use autodialers, prerecorded messages, or automated text campaigns.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (732) 515-3885 or email Eric@gembrookproperties.com to stop calls or texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to respond to you and complete a transaction:
